We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Centre Manager to oversee the complete operations, growth, and service quality of our Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Centre. This role requires strong leadership, operational control, and the ability to drive revenue growth while ensuring excellent patient care and smooth centre functioning. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of centre performance, team management, patient experience, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Centre Operations

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the physiotherapy and rehabilitation centre
- Ensure smooth patient flow, appointment scheduling, and service delivery
- Maintain hygiene, facility standards, and operational efficiency
- Handle patient grievances and ensure high patient satisfaction

Revenue & Business Growth

- Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
- Improve patient conversion rates and treatment package enrollments
- Monitor patient retention and follow-up mechanisms
- Identify opportunities for business expansion and service improvement

Team Management

- Manage and supervise physiotherapists, front desk staff, marketing team, and housekeeping
- Conduct team meetings, training, and performance monitoring
- Ensure team discipline and productivity
- Coordinate between clinical and administrative teams

Marketing & Lead Management

- Supervise lead generation and enquiry handling
- Coordinate local marketing activities, promotions, and partnerships
- Monitor digital leads, walk-ins,



and conversion rates

Quality & Compliance

- Ensure ethical consultations and transparent treatment plans
- Maintain quality of patient care and treatment protocols
- Monitor clinical documentation and centre standards

Reporting & Performance Tracking

- Track KPIs, revenue reports, MIS, and operational metrics
- Prepare monthly performance reports
- Monitor financial performance and operational efficiency

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in management
- Experience as Centre Manager / Clinic Manager / Operations Manager preferred
- Background in Healthcare / Physiotherapy / Rehabilitation / Wellness industry preferred

Additional Requirement

- Ability to commute/relocate: Patel Nagar, Delhi – Candidates must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting work.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
