Job Overview

City College, Jayanagar is looking for a dynamic and motivated Placement & Training Officer to manage placement activities, corporate relations, and student training programs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, and networking skills with the ability to guide students towards successful career opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Coordinate campus placement drives and recruitment activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with companies and recruiters.
- Organize student training programs on aptitude, communication, soft skills, and interview preparation.
- Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and career guidance sessions.
- Coordinate internships, industrial visits, and placement opportunities.
- Maintain placement records, student databases, and recruitment reports.




- Work closely with faculty members and management for student development initiatives.
- Ensure smooth communication between recruiters, students, and the institution.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience in Placement, Training, HR, Recruitment, or Student Counseling preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and coordination skills can also apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
