Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the sales team
Drive admissions and revenue growth
Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets
Monitor team performance and provide guidance




Develop sales strategies and execution plans
Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships
Ensure consistent year on year sales achievement

Requirements

Experience in Ed Tech sales or education sales
Robust team management and leadership skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets year on year
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to drive performance and business growth

Jayanagar 3rd Block Bangalore

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
