We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to drive business growth in industrial automation and EPC projects. The candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging with clients, and delivering techno-commercial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in automation/EPC projects
- Handle client meetings, site visits, and requirement discussions
- Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals
- Coordinate with engineering/proposal team for solution development
- Manage RFQs, tenders, and negotiations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Track market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Instrumentation / Automation Engineering
- 2–6 years of experience in sales of automation/EPC solutions
- Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, field instruments, and industrial networking
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel for client meetings/site visits
Preferred Skills
- Experience in oil & gas / tank farm /Automobile/ process industries
- Familiarity with tendering and bidding processes
- Existing network with industrial clients
Pay: ₹11,863.06 - ₹42,555.02 per month
