Position Overview

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Admission Counsellors to lead student enrolments for our online tuition programs for Bengali medium students (Class VI–XII, all subjects).

This role is ideal for energetic individuals passionate about education, communication, and student engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Interact with students and parents to guide them through the admission process.
- Call and counsel prospective parents and students for admissions.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing and digital campaigns.
- Maintain student data, admission forms,



and report systematically.
- Make presentations to schools and tuition centres to promote programs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure targeted admissions growth.
- Address student and parent queries and manage grievance resolution effectively.

Preferred Background & Qualifications

- Education: B.A / B.Sc / M.A / M.Sc (any discipline).
- Experience: Prior experience in counselling, telecalling, or education marketing preferred.
- Communication Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication in English and Bengali.
- Ability to engage confidently with parents and students.
- Computer Proficiency:
- High competency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage and report data efficiently.
- Personality: Pleasant, confident, and student-friendly demeanor.
