- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and digital inquiries from potential buyers.
- Qualify leads based on budget, requirement, and
timeline Share project details, pricing, and offers with prospective clients. ‣ Schedule and coordinate site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems.
- Follow up with leads regularly to nurture and convert them.
‣ Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for campaign feedback. ‣ Ensure high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Track and report daily/weekly performance metrics.
