Job Location:- Belapur, Navi Mumbai.

Salary:-12k to 15K+incentives.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and digital inquiries from potential buyers.

* Qualify leads based on budget, requirement, and

timeline Share project details, pricing, and offers with prospective clients.

‣ Schedule and coordinate site visits for the sales team.

* Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems.

* Follow up with leads regularly to nurture and convert them.

‣ Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for campaign feedback.

‣ Ensure high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.

* Track and report daily/weekly performance metrics.

Key Skills & Competencies:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

‣ Understanding of real estate projects and terminology. We are looking fresher.

* Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively

* Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

* Target-oriented and result-driven mindset

* Valuable follow-up and relationship.
