Key Responsibilities

Channel Partner (CP) Network Development: Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with recent and existing real estate brokers and independent agents.

Product Promotion: Regularly present project updates, price lists, inventory availability, and marketing collateral to CPs to keep the project "top-of-mind."

Performance Management: Monitor partner productivity. Track walk-ins, site visits, and conversion ratios. Implement engagement strategies to motivate partners to meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Market Intelligence: Conduct regular market research to understand competitor pricing, product features, and new launches. Provide feedback to the internal management team to refine sales strategies.

Collaboration: Work closely with the internal sales team to ensure seamless lead management, timely site visit scheduling, and effective closing support.

Training & Engagement: Organize and lead CP meets, site visits,



and training sessions to educate partners on project USPs (Unique Selling Propositions).

Reporting: Maintain MIS reports tracking CP activity, lead status, and overall sourcing metrics to provide transparency to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: Fresher in real estate sales and education Any Bachelor Degree.

Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.

Technical Proficiency: Competence in CRM tools (e.g., neodove, Salesforce), MS Office (for reporting), and digital marketing basics.

Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation skills and a result-oriented mindset, capable of driving "walk-ins" and "closures."

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
