And we're looking for a city CEO – Nashik – to lead one of the most key markets in our journey.

A market with complex labour movement, seasonal demand spikes, migrant workforce dynamics, and thousands of farmers who depend on reliable execution. What works here can become the blueprint for how agri-labour markets operate across India.

As City CEO, you'll:

✅ Build and manage labour supply across local and migrant networks

✅ Own allocation, fulfilment, attendance, and daily operations

✅ Develop deep farmer relationships and drive repeat adoption

✅ Recruit, train, and lead high-performing field teams

✅ Drive growth, operational excellence, and market performance end-to-end

We're looking for someone who:





- Has 10+ years of hands-on operations experience
- Understands Nashik's villages, labour belts, farmer ecosystems, and seasonal patterns
- Has worked in logistics, agriculture, marketplaces, staffing, mobility, or other field-intensive businesses
- Can lead blue-collar teams with discipline and empathy
- Thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and gets things done on the ground

? Reports directly to Central Leadership

This is more than an operations role.

You'll own an entire market — its growth, execution, labour ecosystem, farmer relationships, and outcomes.
