We need a General Manager who runs Nashik like their own startup:

→ Own the full supply chain: sourcing, onboarding, and retaining thousands of workers

→ Build farmer trust so we become their default labour partner every season

→ Run a daily ops engine with 95%+ fulfilment, not firefighting





→ Hire and lead ground teams that operate without HQ hand-holding

Who thrives here:

- 10+ years running city/district-scale ops (logistics, gig, agri, marketplaces)
- Knows Nashik's villages, labour corridors, and crop cycles deeply
- Calm under chaos. Street-smart. Respected by ground teams.
- Ex-founders, city heads from Swiggy/Zomato/Porter/DeHaat types welcome.
