We are looking for a skilled Facebook & Instagram Ads Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns on Meta platforms. The candidate should also be able to create engaging content and marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Develop ad creatives, ad copy, and engaging social media content.
- Plan and execute lead generation and brand awareness campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis.
- Manage advertising budgets and track campaign results.
- Create marketing reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams for campaign execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram advertising.
- Solid knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
- Experience in creating ad copy, promotional content, and social media posts.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts and lead generation strategies.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Knowledge of Google Ads is a plus.
- Experience working with lead generation campaigns.
