Job Requirement: Site Supervisor for Real Estate Projects (Jalandhar)
We are looking to hire a Site Supervisor for our ongoing and upcoming real estate development projects in Jalandhar. The ideal candidate should be passionate about construction, site management, and project execution.
Position: Site Supervisor
Location: Jalandhar (Local candidates only)
Salary: 18,000/- per month
Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience: Fresher candidates are also welcome to apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction site activities and ensure work is completed on schedule.
- Monitor labor, contractors, and material usage at the site.
- Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are followed.
- Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and management teams.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
- Inspect work quality and resolve in office issues promptly.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and project milestones.
Preferred Skills:
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Ability to manage workers and coordinate site operations.
- Problem-solving and organizational skills.
Qualification:
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic computer and reporting skills will be an advantage.
