The Account Manager – Enterprise Customers will serve as the primary point of contact for all enterprise and multinational clients. The role is responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring seamless service delivery, resolving customer concerns, driving account growth, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the single point of contact for assigned enterprise and MNC customers.
- Build and maintain solid long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular client reviews and business discussions.
- Understand customer requirements and proactively provide solutions.
- Manage and resolve client queries, concerns, and service-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of escalations.
- Track and monitor open issues until closure.
- Ensure customer commitments and service timelines are consistently met.
- Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
- Drive account retention and strengthen customer engagement.
- Gather client feedback and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with operations, procurement, finance, and management teams.




- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal departments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
- Maintain account plans, meeting notes, and action trackers.
- Prepare periodic customer reports and performance reviews.
- Provide management with updates on customer satisfaction, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Servicing.
- Experience handling enterprise customers and multinational corporations.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
