Location Dadri Company Vedansh Superspeciality Hospital Heart Centtre Job Type Internship Duration 6 months Salary 5k-10k About Us We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our recruitment team and help us attract top talent As an HR Intern focusing on recruitment you will assist our HR team in managing the full recruitment cycle This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in talent acquisition and human resources management You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and gain insights into the recruitment processes and strategies Key Responsibilities - Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms - Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates - Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability - Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers - Assist in the preparation of recruitment reports and maintain candidate databases - Support the onboarding process for recent hires - Participate in recruitment events and career fairs - Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed Qualifications - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field - Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR and recruitment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion - Previous internship or work experience in HR or recruitment is a plus but not required Job Type Full-time Pay 5 000 00 - 10 000 00 per month Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
