Role Description The Meta Ads Specialist will manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and related networks) to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and qualified leads for Advance Decorative Laminates. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dadri. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and launching campaigns, setting up ad sets and audiences, creating and testing ad creatives and copies, and monitoring performance using Meta Ads Manager and related analytics tools.

The role involves ongoing optimization of bids, budgets, placements, and targeting, as well as A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve ROI. The specialist will prepare and present performance reports,



collaborate with marketing and design teams to align campaigns with branding and business goals, and stay current with Meta advertising policies, best practices, and industry trends.

Qualifications

Robust hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budgeting, and optimization.

Proficiency in performance analysis and reporting using tools such as Meta Analytics, Google Analytics, and Excel or similar spreadsheet software.

Ability to develop and execute paid social strategies that support brand awareness, lead generation, and remarketing objectives.

Experience collaborating with design and content teams to create effective ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.

Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including conversion funnels, tracking (pixels, events, UTMs), and A/B testing.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a focus on data-driven optimization and ROI.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain campaign performance and recommendations.

Ability to work on-site in Dadri, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Prior experience in building materials, home décor, interiors, or related industries is a plus.
