Position Title: Head – Cold Storage Operations
Reports To: Director / Senior Management

Role Purpose
Lead and manage end‑to‑end cold storage operations at Dadri, ensuring productive utilization, compliance with food safety and labour laws, and seamless service delivery to clients. Drive operational excellence, energy efficiency, and audit‑ready documentation for senior leadership visibility.

Key Responsibilities
Cold Storage Operations
Oversee inbound, storage, and outbound processes for perishable goods.
Ensure temperature control, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently maintained.
Monitor energy usage and optimize refrigeration efficiency.
Process & Efficiency
Implement SOPs for handling, stacking, and retrieval of goods.
Track KPIs such as utilization %, spoilage/losses, turnaround time, and energy cost.

3.Team Management
Lead warehouse executives, MHE operators, and MIS staff.
Define explicit KRAs and provide training on cold storage protocols.

4.Customer Interface
Coordinate with sales/account teams to align operations with client requirements.




Ensure timely dispatches and high service reliability.

5.Compliance & Audit
Maintain audit‑ready records for FSSAI, labour law, and ISO standards.
Prepare MIS dashboards for MD/Board review.

6.Strategic Contribution
Recommend technology upgrades (IoT sensors, WMS, energy‑effective systems).
Support business development by showcasing operational capabilities to prospective clients.

Candidate Profile
Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management.
10–15 years’ experience in cold chain operations, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, food safety compliance, and warehouse management software.
Proven ability to lead large teams and deliver operational efficiency.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Energy efficiency and cost control.
Spoilage/loss percentage.
Customer satisfaction scores.
Compliance and audit readiness.
Team productivity and attrition control.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
