About the Organization
A leading skincare and aesthetic facility in Kochi is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Tele Caller to join its patient relations team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality, with the ability to engage prospective and existing clients over the phone and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
- Explain skincare, cosmetic, and aesthetic treatment services to prospective clients.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Follow up with inquiries generated through advertisements, social media, website, and referrals.
- Maintain and update customer databases and appointment records.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and front-office staff regarding appointments and patient requirements.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure patient satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
- Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information about services, packages, and promotions.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and appointment-booking targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and clinic records.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate or Plus Two qualification.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, healthcare, wellness, beauty, or skincare sectors will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Malayalam and English; knowledge of Hindi is desirable.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM/software systems preferred.
