Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Administrator to manage and support the IT infrastructure of our NBFC operations in Kochi. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations, system reliability, and user support.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and troubleshoot desktop systems, laptops, printers, and networking equipment.
- Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access controls.
- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, and firewalls.
- Perform regular system backups and updates.
- Provide end-user technical support for hardware and software issues.




- Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement and maintenance.
- Ensure system security and compliance with company IT policies.

Key Skills & Requirements

- Hands-on experience in Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking.
- Knowledge of routers, switches, and network troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with antivirus management and data backup systems.
- Positive problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT tasks.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Male candidates residing in or near Ernakulam district.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
