About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales growth and strengthen market presence in Mysuru. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Beauty, Personal Care, Cosmetics, Consumer Healthcare, or related Non-Food FMCG industry with strong exposure to Chemist and General Trade channels.

This is an individual contributor role responsible for developing business through distributors, retailers, chemists, and channel partners while ensuring achievement of sales targets and execution excellence.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 3+ years of sales experience in Beauty, Personal Care, Cosmetics, Consumer Healthcare, or Non-Food FMCG industry.
- Mandatory experience in Chemist Sales and Non-Food Sales channels.
- Strong experience in Distributor Management and Relationship Management.
- Familiarity with General Trade market operations.
- Candidates from Food & Beverage industry will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly primary, secondary, and territory sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, chemists, retailers, and channel partners.




- Identify business opportunities and drive market expansion within the assigned territory.
- Ensure availability and distribution of key brands and new product launches.
- Execute in-store visibility initiatives and merchandising activities.
- Monitor stock availability and ensure effective inventory management across channels.
- Drive business growth through effective market coverage and sales execution.
- Manage and support distributor sales teams to improve productivity and performance.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

- Good understanding of General Trade and Chemist channel operations.
- Strong negotiation and sales execution capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and deliver business objectives.

Qualifications
- MBA preferred.
- Graduation is mandatory.

External: Distributors, Retailers, Chemists, and Sales Representatives

Preferred Background

Candidates currently working with Beauty, Personal Care, Cosmetics, Skincare, Consumer Healthcare, OTC, or related Non-Food FMCG companies will be preferred.
