Finance Head
Location: Malad, Mumbai
Experience: 10–15 Years

We are looking for a Finance Head with robust experience in the Travel/Airline industry to lead end-to-end financial operations for the airline business vertical.

Mandatory Requirements:
• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
• 10+ years of Finance & Accounts experience.
• Minimum 6 years in Finance leadership/team management roles.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Airline, Travel, OTA, Aviation, GDS, or B2B Travel Distribution Finance.
• Hands-on experience in airline settlements, commission accounting, travel agent billing, and reconciliations.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, financial reporting, and month-end closures.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.





Key Responsibilities:
• Manage airline payables, travel agent receivables, settlements, and reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate monthly P&L; reporting, financial statements, and month-end closures.
• Lead GST and TDS compliance, reconciliations, and statutory reporting.
• Monitor working capital, collections, cash flow, and financial controls.
• Manage finance team and coordinate with airline partners, travel agents, auditors, and leadership.

Preferred Background:
Candidates from Airlines, OTAs, Travel Technology, GDS providers, Travel Distribution Companies, or Aviation organizations will be highly preferred.
