Role Description
This is a full time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Siddipet. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building and managing relationships with clients, and strategically driving business growth within the assigned area. The role includes leading a sales team, developing and executing sales strategies,
and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities. The candidate will also ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales and Business Development with a strong track record of achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in Strategic Planning and Market Analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Leadership and Team Management skills to lead and motivate a sales team
- Strong Communication, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Negotiation Skills
- Analytical mindset for interpreting market data and formulating actionable insights
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving market conditions and a results-oriented approach
- Educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience in the financial services sector or familiarity with loan products is an advantage
