About Us: UP24Network is a rapidly growing digital news channel and media network based in Lucknow, with a strong viewership and subscriber base. We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team and drive advertisement revenue for our YouTube news channel.
Job Summary: The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling digital ad space, sponsorships, and promotional packages on our YouTube channel to local businesses, brands, and agencies. This is a core field sales role that requires meeting clients face-to-face, pitching our media reach, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field Sales & Client Acquisition: Conduct daily field visits across Lucknow to approach local businesses, showrooms, real estate firms, and local brands.
- Pitching Ad Packages: Explain the perks of advertising on the UP24Network YouTube channel and pitch customized ad packages/video promotions.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Lead Generation: Identify new local markets and business opportunities to bring in fresh advertisement tie-ups.
- Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and long-term ad campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in Field Sales (Experience in Media Sales, Advertising, or B2B Sales is a huge plus).
- Must be comfortable with daily field travel within Lucknow to meet clients.
- Excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
- Deep understanding of the local Lucknow market and business hubs.
