Job Position: Quality Control & Production Manager
Location: Nagpur (Ram Nagar)

Role Overview:

The company is looking for a hands-on Quality Control & Production Manager who will take complete ownership of garment production and quality management at our Nagpur unit.

This role is ideal for someone who has practical experience working with tailors, karigars, and local production teams, and understands the importance of delivering premium-quality menswear on time.

You will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between design, production, and finishing teams while maintaining strict quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end garment production, from fabric cutting to final dispatch
- Supervise daily operations at the workshop, including tailoring, stitching, finishing, and packing
- Conduct regular quality checks at every stage (stitching, fitting, measurements, finishing)
- Work closely with designers and master tailors to ensure designs are executed correctly
- Manage and coordinate with local tailors, karigars, and vendors in Nagpur
- Ensure timely delivery of orders with minimal errors, alterations, or rework
- Identify and resolve fit issues, stitching defects, or production delays quickly
- Maintain production records, quality reports, and workflow tracking
- Optimize processes to reduce fabric wastage, delays, and operational inefficiencies




- Ensure discipline and productivity within the production team

Requirements:

- 4–8 years of hands-on experience in garment production and quality control
- Strong understanding of menswear construction, fabrics, fitting, and finishing techniques
- Experience managing on-ground production teams (tailors/karigars)
- Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple orders and deadlines efficiently
- Basic knowledge of production planning and reporting
- Experience in a premium or designer fashion brand is preferred
- Formal education in fashion design/garment technology is a plus
