Sr. Manager – Project Sales
Location: Telangana (Hyderabad)
Products: Gypsum Plaster, Tile Adhesives, Construction Chemicals, Waterproofing Solutions, Gypsum Boards, AAC Blocks
Key Responsibilities
Drive project sales and achieve revenue targets across Telangana.
Identify and secure key projects with builders, developers, contractors, architects, consultants, and government authorities.
Develop robust relationships with influencers and decision-makers in the construction industry.
Promote and specify Gypsum Plaster, Tile Adhesives, Construction Chemicals, Waterproofing Products, Gypsum Boards, and AAC Blocks in ongoing and upcoming projects.
Track project pipelines, tenders, and competitor activities to maximize business opportunities.
Conduct product presentations, site visits, and technical discussions with customers.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely order execution, supply, and collections.
Ensure payment collections and maintain healthy receivables.
Lead and mentor the project sales team to drive market penetration and business growth.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market intelligence for management review.
Desired Candidate Profile
8–15 years of experience in Project Sales within Building Materials.
Experience in Gypsum Plaster, Tile Adhesives, Construction Chemicals, Waterproofing, Gypsum Boards, and AAC Blocks is preferred.
Solid network with builders, architects, contractors, consultants, and developers in Telangana.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and team management skills.
MBA/Graduate with experience in project sales and business development.
