LIAISONING MANAGER

Job Purpose

To establish and maintain effective relationships with various State and Central Government departments, statutory authorities, regulatory bodies, and local administration. The role is responsible for facilitating approvals, licenses, permissions, compliance-related matters, and ensuring smooth coordination between the organization and government agencies.

Key Responsibilities

Government Liaison & Relationship Management

- Develop and maintain professional relationships with officials across various government departments in Telangana.
- Represent the organization before government authorities, regulatory bodies, and local administration.
- Coordinate with government offices for obtaining approvals, permissions, registrations, and renewals.
- Facilitate communication between the company and government agencies on matters related to operations and compliance.

Statutory Approvals & Compliance

- Follow up on statutory approvals, licenses, permits, and registrations.
- Ensure timely submission of documents required by government departments.
- Monitor validity and renewal schedules of statutory licenses.




- Support compliance with applicable State and Central laws.

Coordination with Government Departments

Liaise with departments such as:

- Labour Department Telangana
- Factories Department Telangana
- Telangana State Pollution Control Board
- Telangana State Fire Services Department
- Directorate of Industrial Safety and Health
- Commercial Taxes Department
- Municipal Administration Department
- Revenue Department
- Industrial Development Authorities, Electricity Boards, Water Authorities, and other relevant agencies.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Degree/Diploma in Public Administration, Law, Political Science, Business Administration, or related field will be preferred.

Experience

- 1020 years of experience in government liaisoning, industrial relations, administration, statutory compliance, or public affairs.
- Solid network and working relationships with government departments in Telangana.
- Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, real estate, EPC, or industrial sectors preferred.
