Save Sight Centre Eye Hospital is looking for a energetic, persuasive, and patient-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective patients through their treatment journey, counseling them about surgical procedures, addressing their concerns, and helping them make informed decisions regarding eye surgery.

Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective and existing patients through inbound and outbound calls.
Counsel patients about available eye treatment and surgical options, explaining perks, procedures, and expected outcomes.
Convert inquiries into confirmed surgery bookings through effective communication and follow-up.
Coordinate surgery scheduling and rescheduling based on patient and doctor availability.
Maintain regular follow-up with patients before and after surgery to ensure a smooth experience.
Provide accurate information regarding treatment plans, surgery preparation, and post-operative care.
Address patient queries, concerns, and objections professionally and empathetically.




Maintain detailed records of patient interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with doctors, counselors, and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care and coordination.
Achieve assigned patient conversion and surgery booking targets.

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust sales, counseling, and negotiation abilities.
Ability to build trust and rapport with patients.
Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications.
Prior experience in healthcare sales, patient counseling, telecalling, or customer relationship management is preferred.
