Store Assistant / Retail Sales Executive

About Us

Lolipop Uniform is a leading school uniform and accessories store offering school uniforms, bags, water bottles, shoes, games, toys, stationery, and other school essentials. We are looking for an energetic, responsible, and customer-friendly Store Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and assist them in selecting uniforms and other products.
- Maintain excellent customer service and resolve basic customer queries.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Arrange merchandise and ensure proper product display.
- Manage stock on shelves and inform management about replenishment needs.
- Use a computer for billing support, Excel entries, and maintaining records.
- Perform basic accounting entries and maintain daily sales or inventory records.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Assist during busy seasons and school admission periods.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and a professional attitude.

Requirements

- Minimum 10+2 qualification; graduation is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with easy accounting entries is preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and/or Punjabi; basic English is a plus.
- Honest,



well-organized, and willing to learn.
- Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
