Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Sales Executive/Manager (Closing) for a reputed company in Mumbai (Andheri East).

Key Responsibilities:
Understanding & providing explanation of the product to customer
Financial Knowledge: Cost sheet, Customer Finance & Negotiation Skills
Effective Communication
Technical Knowledge
Market Intelligence
Making Reports & System Understanding

Candidate's Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in real estate sales, lead generation, or channel partner management
Solid understanding of western suburbs Mumbai real estate landscape, current market trends, and competitor analysis.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships
Comfortable with collecting, analyzing and interpreting data
