Job title: Student Mentor

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Student Mentor to join our team in Kozhikode. In this role, you will be the primary navigator for students in our Integrated/Hybrid program. Your mission is to transform academic data into personal success stories by identifying learning gaps, providing emotional support, and ensuring students stay on track for both Board and competitive exams.

Key Responsibilities
Academic Monitoring & Strategy

- Performance Analysis: Evaluate student progress through Daily Practice Problems (DPPs), Daily Test Series (DTS), and Chapter-Wise Exams (CWEs).
- Intervention: Identify underperforming trends early. If a student performs well in practice but struggles in tests, you will diagnose the root cause and implement corrective strategies.
- Support Sessions: Lead doubt-clearing sessions post-DTS and ensure all academic corrections are completed within a 24–48 hour window.
- Integrated Oversight: Manage weekly tests and coordinate "Great India Benches" (GIB) to maintain high engagement levels.

Mentorship & Student Well-being

- Holistic Guidance: Act as a personal coach, offering motivation and discipline to help students navigate the high-pressure academic calendar.
- Campus & Hostel Discipline: Oversee hostel rounds to ensure a structured, safe, and focused environment for residential students.
- Accountability:



Track attendance patterns, arrange make-up tests for absentees, and reinforce adherence to the study timetable.

Parent & Stakeholder Relations

- Trust Building: Act as the bridge between the institution and home. Provide regular, transparent updates to parents regarding attendance, scores, and emotional well-being.
- Financial Coordination: Handle fee-related inquiries, facilitate timely collections, and maintain accurate records on the internal portal.

Hybrid mode Leadership

- App Adoption: Support students in utilizing our learning app features, such as doubt-discussion forums and digital resources.
- Engagement: Ensure active participation in both offline classroom sessions and online modules to minimize dropouts.

Candidate Profile

- Educational Background: Strong academic grounding in Class 11–12 Science (NEET/JEE context preferred).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills. Fluency in Malayalam and English is essential for effective communication with parents and students in the Kozhikode region.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to read score reports and logs to identify where a student is struggling.
- Attributes: Empathetic, highly organized, and capable of managing a cohort of 35+ students.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kozhikode.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
