We are a Kozhikode-based news channel looking for a sharp, field-ready Editor cum Videographer to cover breaking news, press events, and exclusive stories. You will be our eyes on the ground — attending daily briefings at the Kozhikode Press Club, chasing exclusive visuals across the district, and turning raw footage into broadcast-ready content under tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

- Attend daily press conferences and briefings at Kozhikode Press Club and collect official statements, visuals, and byte clips
- Cover exclusive breaking news stories, political events, crime scenes, and public interest incidents across Kozhikode district
- Edit news packages, reports, and bulletins for broadcast and digital platforms under tight deadlines
- Prepare short-form clips optimized for YouTube, Facebook,



and Instagram reels

What we're looking for

- 1–3 years of experience in news videography or broadcast media. Freashers can also apply
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Confident handling of DSLR/mirrorless cameras and external audio gear
- Ability to work under breaking-news pressure and meet hard deadlines
- Familiarity with Kozhikode local geography, institutions, and media landscape
- Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and on short notice

Pay: From ₹120,000.00 per year
