Core Competency Training & Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a talented and experienced Instructional Designer to join our team in Gurugram. We are seeking a qualified who can transform complex information into engaging learning experiences through effective instructional design, storyboarding, and content development.

Location: Gurugram (Work from Office)

Experience: 2–3 Years

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-Time

What You'll Do

- Develop engaging eLearning storyboards from raw content provided by SMEs and clients.
- Create voice-over scripts, on-screen text, interaction notes, and learning activities.
- Apply instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE to create effective learning solutions.
- Analyze and structure content into learner-friendly modules.
- Design content for eLearning, video-based learning, and gamified learning projects.
- Conduct research on technical and semi-technical topics to develop accurate training content.
- Collaborate with SMEs, graphic designers, and project stakeholders.
- Review learning modules and ensure quality standards before delivery.

What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in Instructional Design or eLearning Content Development.
- Strong expertise in storyboarding, scripting, and content development.
- Excellent written English and communication skills.




- Experience working with SMEs and converting raw content into structured learning solutions.
- Strong PowerPoint skills for storyboard development.
- Good understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SCORM, AICC, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Exposure to Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or other eLearning authoring tools.
- Experience in corporate training, video-based learning, or gamification projects.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Gurugram, Haryana (Gurugram): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
