Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive – B2B Marketing

Job Summary

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive with experience in B2B marketing to manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, increasing brand visibility, and supporting business growth through data-driven digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize B2B lead generation campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Create targeted audience segments based on industry, company size, and decision-makers.
- Manage PPC campaigns to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize ROI.
- Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Track and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and other marketing tools.




- Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and lead generation campaigns.
- Robust understanding of PPC, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms is an added advantage.
- Good analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
