Job Description – Data Scientist (AI & Python) Position : Data Scientist Location: Pune (On-site/Hybrid as per company policy) Experience: 7–9 Years (L3 Level) About the Role We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Data Scientist with strong expertise in Python and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess deep analytical skills, hands-on experience in developing AI/ML solutions, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams while taking ownership of technical initiatives. This role requires a proactive professional who can translate business problems into data-driven solutions, build predictive models, and contribute to the organization's AI strategy. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and AI models to solve business challenges. Analyze large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and drive decision-making. Build predictive, classification, recommendation, and forecasting models using Python. Develop data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization pipelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, developers, and product teams. Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency. Implement AI/ML best practices for scalability, reliability, and maintainability. Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively. Lead technical discussions and mentor junior team members. Stay updated with emerging AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science trends and technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills Strong proficiency in Python .



Hands-on experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning techniques. Experience with ML libraries and frameworks such as: Scikit-learn TensorFlow PyTorch Keras Strong knowledge of: Statistical Analysis Predictive Modeling Data Mining Feature Engineering Model Evaluation Experience with SQL and data manipulation techniques. Knowledge of Generative AI concepts and Large Language Models (LLMs) is preferred. Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is an advantage. Experience 7–9 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related fields. Proven experience in developing and deploying production-grade AI/ML solutions. Experience handling large-scale structured and unstructured datasets. Soft Skills Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Leadership mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive projects independently. Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities. Ability to mentor team members and contribute to team success. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision, or Deep Learning projects. Familiarity with MLOps practices and model deployment pipelines. Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD processes. Master's degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. What We Are Looking For Robust AI Python expertise.
