Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for an Area Sales Manager, based in the Greater Bengaluru Area.

The Area Sales

Manager will oversee sales operations, drive revenue growth, and build robust client relationships.

Responsibilities include creating and executing sales strategies, identifying business opportunities, managing client accounts, and collaborating with other teams to meet organizational goals.



The role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and ensuring consistent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Solid sales and business development skills, including territory expansion, account acquisition, and revenue growth
Experience in building and managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing client needs
Proficiency in market analysis, data interpretation, and sales forecasting
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hotel Management, or a related field
Previous experience in the hospitality industry or a similar role is highly desirable
Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software is a plus
