Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Marketing Lead to drive brand growth, strengthen market positioning, and support business expansion initiatives. This role will be responsible for planning and executing go-to-market strategies, managing integrated marketing campaigns, and enhancing the organization’s visibility across relevant platforms. he ideal candidate is a proactive and adaptable professional who can anticipate market shifts, identify new opportunities, and effectively manage multiple marketing initiatives in a energetic setting. This role will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing programs that support business objectives and new ventures launched by the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Go-to-Market Execution
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
- Own go-to-market initiatives for services, solutions, and strategic business areas.
- Understand business priorities, target audience, competitive positioning, and communication goals to guide marketing initiatives.
- Identify new opportunities to expand brand presence and strengthen market positioning.
- Support marketing strategy and execution for new ventures, services, and business initiatives developed by the company.
2. Campaign Planning & Project Execution
- Plan, manage, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.
- Develop marketing roadmaps, project timelines,
and sprint cycles to streamline execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies using insights and analytics.
- Ensure all campaign assets align with brand messaging and communication objectives.
3. Brand Management & Digital Presence
- Strengthen brand visibility and ensure consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives including social media, content marketing, SEO, and online campaigns.
- Develop content strategies that highlight the company’s capabilities, expertise, and value proposition.
- Support the creation of marketing assets such as presentations, case studies, campaigns, and communication materials.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration & Partnerships
- Collaborate closely with leadership and internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support marketing effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and brand visibility initiatives.
- Represent the organization through marketing-driven initiatives, events, and professional platforms.
5. Agile Team Leadership & Workflow Management
- Lead cross-functional teams to plan,
prioritize, and deliver marketing initiatives efficiently.
- Guide teams in managing workflows, defining solutions, and meeting project timelines.
- Ensure project backlogs are regularly reviewed and prepared for upcoming execution cycles.
- Mentor and support junior team members, providing feedback and direction to strengthen team capabilities.
6.Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track key marketing metrics including brand reach, engagement, campaign performance, and lead generation.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
- Present marketing strategies, updates, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency.
Requirements
- 10–12 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Strategy, Campaign Management, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning.
- Experience managing multiple marketing initiatives in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage diverse stakeholder expectations.
- Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience in B2B marketing environments is an advantage.
- Familiarity with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and project management systems is preferred.
- Understanding structured workflow processes or Agile methodology is beneficial.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
