Counter Manager

Location: Mundhwa

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Purpose of the Role To oversee counter operations, ensure excellent customer service, maintain operational standards, and support sales and inventory management activities.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily counter operations and service delivery.
Manage customer interactions and resolve service issues.
Ensure accurate billing and cash handling procedures.
Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment requirements.
Prepare basic operational reports using Excel.
Maintain hygiene, food safety, and presentation standards.
Train and guide counter staff on service standards.
Support achievement of sales and operational targets.

Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in food service, retail, café, or hospitality operations.
Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
Valuable verbal and written English communication.
Robust customer service and team supervision skills.
Experience handling POS systems and cash management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
