Counter Manager

Location: Mundhwa

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Purpose of the Role To oversee counter operations, ensure excellent customer service, maintain operational standards, and support sales and inventory management activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily counter operations and service delivery.
- Manage customer interactions and resolve service issues.
- Ensure accurate billing and cash handling procedures.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment requirements.
- Prepare basic operational reports using Excel.
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and presentation standards.
- Train and guide counter staff on service standards.
- Support achievement of sales and operational targets.

Skills & Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in food service, retail, café, or hospitality operations.
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
- Good verbal and written English communication.
- Strong customer service and team supervision skills.
- Experience handling POS systems and cash management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
