Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Fitness Coach position based in West Delhi. The Fitness Coach will be responsible for delivering exceptional personal training and group exercise experiences while helping members achieve their health and performance goals.

Key responsibilities include





- Designing individualized training programs for clients of varying fitness levels.
- Conducting group classes and functional training sessions.
- Guiding members on exercise technique, movement quality, and injury prevention.
- Providing basic nutrition and lifestyle guidance to support overall wellness.
- Assisting members with HYROX-inspired and performance-based training.
- Building robust relationships with members and contributing to a positive, energetic club culture.
- Maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and member experience.



Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Fitness Training, Exercise Science, and Group Training.
- Understanding of Strength & Conditioning, Functional Fitness, and Nutrition.
- Passion for delivering outstanding member experiences.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
- Ability to design personalized programs for diverse fitness levels.
- Awareness of current fitness industry trends and best practices.
- Certification in Personal Training or a related field preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification is an added advantage.
- Experience in HYROX, functional training, CrossFit, or endurance-based coaching is highly desirable.**
