Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Channel Development Manager role based in West Delhi.

The Channel Development

Manager will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing channel partners such as DSAs, financial advisors, and other referral networks to drive loan origination across product lines. The role involves developing and executing channel sales strategies, setting performance targets, and monitoring partner performance through regular reviews and reporting. The person in this role will conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities, provide ongoing product and process training to partners,



and ensure strong relationship management to maximize business potential. Daily activities include coordinating with internal sales, credit, and operations teams to ensure smooth disbursal, resolving partner issues promptly, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

- Strong channel sales capabilities, including experience with Channel Sales and working with Channel Partners to build and grow business.
- Proficiency in Business Planning and Sales execution, including pipeline management, forecasting, and target achievement.
- Proven Account Management skills to nurture, retain, and expand relationships with existing partners and key accounts.
- Background in financial services, lending, or related industries; familiarity with retail loan products (e.g., home, business, MSME, LAP, personal loans) is preferred.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Solid analytical and reporting abilities, including comfort with CRM tools and basic MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work on-site in West Delhi, travel locally to meet partners, and manage a field-driven schedule.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
