Candidates from Banking, Insurance, Telecom, Retail, FMCG, Automobile, Edtech, BPO, Hospitality, or other non-real-estate industries will not be considered.

We are seeking a high-performing Cluster Manager to lead our sales team and drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role involves overseeing sales strategies, managing teams, and expanding our company's market presence, with a strong focus on the Vasai–Virar real estate market.

Mandatory hands-on experience in the Vasai–Virar real estate market with strong understanding of local inventory, pricing trends, developers, and broker network.

Location: Vasai & Virar, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India (On-site)

Salary: upto 18 lakhs (depending on experience and current CTC)

Experience: 5+ Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Achieve growth and hit sales targets by effectively managing the sales team

● Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base

● Oversee recruiting, setting team objectives, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives

● Build solid, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding client needs and partnering with them

● Develop and manage a sales pipeline,



ensuring effective lead generation and closing

● Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly

● Lead and drive team performance through effective team management and motivation

● Ensure regular sales reporting, MIS tracking, and performance analysis for decision-making

● Maintain strong knowledge and on-ground presence in the Vasai–Virar market to drive localized sales strategies

Skills Required:

● Strong leadership with proven people management skills

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

● Demonstrated ability to plan and execute the entire sales process from lead to closure

● Strong analytical skills to interpret sales metrics and make data-driven decisions

● Business acumen with industry knowledge and expertise in the real estate or similar sectors

● Proficiency in report making, MIS, and sales performance tracking

● Minimum 3 years of experience working in the Vasai–Virar real estate market in a senior-level role

● Strong understanding of the Vasai–Virar real estate market

Qualifications:

● Graduate or Postgraduate degree (required)

Experience:

● Minimum 5+ years of experience in managing sales teams, preferably only in the real estate industry.

● Prior hands-on experience working in the Vasai–Virar market is mandatory

● Proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth
