Position: Cluster Manager – B2B School Sales
Locations
South Odisha
North & Central Odisha
West Odisha
Experience Required
Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B Sales.
Prior experience in School Sales/EdTech industry will be preferred.
Robust network and relationships within the school ecosystem are highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Drive B2B sales of Extramarks products and solutions to schools across the assigned territory.
Manage and lead a team to achieve business targets while contributing individually to revenue generation.
Conduct regular field visits and meetings with Principals, Trustees, Management, and key decision-makers of schools.
Build and maintain solid relationships with schools and channel partners.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in the assigned cluster.
Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor team performance and provide guidance for effective execution.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales.
Proven track record in school sales or the education sector.
Robust understanding of the local market and existing connections with schools.
Experience in team handling along with individual target achievement.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
