C.V. Raman Global University (CGU), Odisha started in 1997 as a degree-level engineering college, named as C.V. Raman College of Engineering (CVRCE). - Abhishek Kumar, B.Tech (ECE) awarded the Visweswaraya Prativa Puraskar at Odisha Technological Conclave, 2023.
- Mr. Praveen Giri won the Silver Medal in the area of Water Technology at World Skills, Stuttgart, Germany, 2022.
- Mr. Subrat Patel won Medallion of Excellence in the area of Restaurant Services at World Skills, Stuttgart, Germany, 2022.
- 9 students represented India in World skills 2022 in 7 various Skills.
- CGU won Smart India Hackathon (SIH) 2022 in Software Edition.

Where You Come In

The Programmer will assist in managing computer laboratories, support faculty and students during practical sessions,



and maintain the infrastructure required for a smooth learning experience in the Computer Science & Engineering department.

Location: Bidyanagar, Mahura, Janla

Salary Information: Commensurate to experience and interview performance

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Coding and debugging.
- Designing and testing computer structures.
- Troubleshooting system errors.
- Writing computer instructions.
- Managing database systems.
- Maintaining operating systems.
- Editing source code.
- Profiling and analysing algorithms.
- Implementing build systems.
- Providing technical support.

What We Are Looking For?

- Minimum Bachelors degree in computer science/ MCA/ MSc in CSE/ IT/ MTech in CSE is preferred.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C, Java, Python ,Oracle/ MySQL/ Android/ CCNA etc.
- Working knowledge of Linux and Windows environments.
- Basic networking knowledge and familiarity with lab management practices.
- Minimum of 2 years (Freshers with positive knowledge may also apply)
- Exposure to virtualization tools, version control systems (Git), or open-source technologies
- Familiarity with coding platforms.
