We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Process Coordinator to manage, track, and streamline internal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and coordinate day-to-day operational processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Maintain, update, and analyze data using MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required
- Ensure process compliance and identify gaps or areas for improvement
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of tasks
- Track performance metrics and share insights with management
- Support process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Process Coordinator or in a similar role
- Solid working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, data tracking, reporting)
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience as an Process Coordination, Personal Assistant, or similar role is an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills and coordination ability

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
