Project Coordination

- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution of solar projects.
- Schedule site surveys, installations, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Maintain project documentation and reports.

Site & Execution Support

- Coordinate with site engineers and technicians during installation and commissioning.
- Ensure availability of materials, tools, and manpower at project sites.
- Track site progress and address operational challenges promptly.
- Assist in obtaining necessary approvals and clearances.

Client Coordination

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project status.
- Schedule meetings and provide regular project updates to clients.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate resolution with technical teams.

Material & Vendor Management

- Coordinate procurement and delivery of solar panels, inverters, structures, and accessories.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely material availability.
- Maintain inventory records and project material tracking.

Documentation & Reporting

- Prepare project schedules, work orders, and completion reports.




- Maintain records related to site surveys, installation reports, and handover documents.
- Update management on project status, delays, and completion timelines.

Technical Coordination

- Coordinate with the engineering team for system design and technical requirements.
- Support net metering applications and other regulatory documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

Skills Required

- Knowledge of solar power systems and project coordination.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and project documentation.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solid organizational and follow-up skills.

Qualification

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, EEE, ECE, Mechanical, or related field.
- Experience in Solar Industry preferred.
