About Us: Brandwise Events & Experience is a leading marketing firm specializing in innovative and impactful corporate events. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Production Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute events from inception to completion
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently
- Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors
- Oversee event logistics, including setup, execution, and teardown
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Evaluate event success and prepare post-event reports
- Production Budgeting
- Knowledge in custom build stalls
- Event venue planning.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Event Production Manager or Event manager role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills




- Ability to manage budgets and negotiate with vendors
- Proficiency in event management software and tools
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
