Urgent Hiring || Accounts Manager || Lower Parel, Mumbai

Experience: 5-7 years of experience in accounting and finance, with supervisory experience.

Salary: Market-competitive salary with no constraint for the right candidate.

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (9 am to 6pm)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly competent Assistant Manager - Accounts to independently manage various accounting activities on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure completion of annual audits and maintain accurate financial records. Key responsibilities include.

1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial analysis. Finalization of Books. Preparation, Filing, Payment of GST and TDS, Maintain accurate financial records through data entry

2. Accounting and Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. ensuring timely invoicing and payment processing and ledger reconciliations

3. Financial Planning and Budgeting: Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts, and monitor actual performance against budgets.

4. Internal Controls: Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

5. Team Management: Supervise and guide a team of accountants,



providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

6. Audit and Compliance: Liaise with external auditors, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and implement audit recommendations. Tax Audit, Statutory Audit, GST Audit

7. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

8. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Goals:

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Maintain strong internal controls and compliance.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
- Develop and mentor team members.

Skills :

- Proficiency in accounting software - Tally
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Good communication skills and the ability to handle a team.
