Unistanz Software Pvt Ltd are looking for a Senior Software Tester / Test Lead with mandatory Life Insurance domain expertise and hands-on Life Asia experience. The role requires experience in insurance product calculations and proven ability to lead a testing team while ensuring quality delivery across Day 1 (New Business/Product Launch) and Day 2 (Production Support/Defect Management) activities.

Location: Lower PArel/ Chinchpokli

Experience: 2 to 4 years

Notice Period: Immedidate to 15 days

Mandatory Skills:

- Life Insurance domain expertise (2-3 years of experience in Life Insurance)
- Life Asia system testing experience
- Insurance product calculations: ULIP, Annuity, Death Claim, Bonus, Lapse, Revival, Surrender, Maturity
- Day 1 (Recent Business)
- Day 2 (Production Issues) would be a plus
- UAT execution & defect management
- SQL for data validation

Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor testers, ensuring effective test planning and execution.
- Validate calculation logic and policy servicing workflows.
- Collaborate with BAs, developers, and stakeholders for defect-free delivery.
- Drive defect management, RCA, and closure tracking.
- Prepare test documentation, traceability matrices, and compliance reports.
