Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic educator to join our faculty as an MYP Design and DP Digital Technology Teacher. The ideal candidate must have prior experience teaching the IB MYP or DP curriculum , and a passion for fostering innovation, critical thinking, and student agency through hands-on, project-based learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and concept-driven instruction in MYP Design and DP Digital Society/Technology.
- Implement the IB Design Cycle and guide students through digital and product-based projects.
- Integrate technology tools such as Python, Scratch, Arduino, TinkerCAD, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Facilitate student inquiry, innovation, and independent learning through real-world challenges.
- Evaluate student progress through authentic assessments, design journals, and exhibitions.




- Collaborate with interdisciplinary faculty on curriculum planning and implementation.
- Maintain accurate documentation and portfolios in alignment with IB standards.
- Participate in IB-accredited training and contribute to school-wide initiatives and professional learning.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of teaching experience, with at least one year of IB MYP or DP experience (mandatory) .
- Proficiency in design thinking, digital tools, and educational technology.
- Strong understanding of IB frameworks including ATL skills and global contexts.
- IB training or certification in MYP Design and/or DP Digital Society is an advantage.
- Excellent classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills.
