3. Key Responsibilities
3.1 Academic Leadership
- Lead curriculum design and delivery for I-CBSE
- Align CBSE with inquiry-based and learner-centric approaches
- Drive board exam readiness for Grades 10 and 12
- Implement NEP 2020 and competency-based practices
3.2 Leadership and Team Management
- Recruit, mentor, and develop educators
- Build a collaborative and high-performance culture

- Work closely with IB leadership on dual-curriculum integration
- Lead cross-programme initiatives and innovation
3.4 Student Development
- Ensure student well-being,

- Lead PTMs, orientations, and feedback forums

4. Qualifications and Experience
Essential Requirements
- M.Ed. or relevant Master’s degree with B.Ed.
- 10 to 12 years of CBSE experience
- 3 to 5 years in a leadership role such as Principal, Headmaster, Vice Principal, or Academic Head
- Strong knowledge of CBSE and NEP 2020
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to IB, Cambridge, or IGCSE curricula
- Experience in dual-curriculum schools
- Familiarity with educational technology platforms
