Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Mahim, Mumbai
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide administrative support. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department
Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
Handle incoming and outgoing mail or courier
Assist with basic administrative tasks and office coordination
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred
Pleasant personality and skilled attitude
Prior reception/front desk experience is an advantage
Salary: As per company standards / Experience based
